Xbox hit: Survival classic takes off in the charts thanks to a huge discount

A true survival classic is currently causing a stir in the Xbox charts. The adventure is currently heavily discounted and is celebrating a remarkable comeback more than seven years after its release.

The survival highlight Ark: Survival Evolved is currently celebrating a strong comeback on the Xbox consoles. A whopping seven years after its release, the adventure is back in the top 10 of the sales charts - this is probably mainly due to the fact that the game currently only costs 4.99 euros, and many fans at this price can't help but grab it.

Ark: Survival Evolved storms the Xbox charts

In Ark: Survival Evolved you are stranded on an island and you have to gather all your will to survive in order to defy numerous dangers.

You have to build a shelter, weapons, and equipment to defend yourself against various (primeval) creatures and other players, and you can piece together progressively more advanced objects.

Seven years after its release, Ark: Survival Evolved has built up a large community that is also constantly growing - especially when the game is heavily reduced in price during a discount campaign.

This is currently the case again in the Xbox store – you can grab the game for 4.99 euros instead of 19.99 euros.

Xbox: Heavy discounts dominate the top 10

At the beginning of the year, the top 10 of the Xbox charts are exclusively occupied by games that have been significantly reduced in price.

While Ark: Survival Evolved secures tenth place, there are resonant long-time favorites at the top.

FIFA 23 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 are each represented in two variants, Rockstar is contributing the blockbusters GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption2 and the newly minted Game of the Year 2022, Elden Ring, is also well ahead.

If you are looking for discounted game highlights, you will currently find plenty of choices in the Xbox store. (Source: Xbox )
